I need help

I need help. In November 2020, I scheduled a payment of $593.01 via Wire Transfer and it failed. But now I cannot see this money in my Upwork account. Where can I find it?

Hi Silvia,

 

You can check your Reports > Transaction History. Please make sure to adjust the Statement Period to include November since the default is the last 30 days.
