My client is going to start an online session after a successful session I will be paid per session.

But I have received a message by Upwork that communication outside of Upwork can result in account suspension in our chat dashboard.
So, What should I do?

This can't be happening on the profile you are posting from... Be aware that you must not have more that one profile, and your profile must be in your real name, showing your real location and all info must be true.

Tell the client politely that you can't communicate outside the platform until a contract is in place as per Upwork's terms of service. It is also a violation of Upwork's terms of service for the client to ask you to work for free.
