While submitting proposal I am getting random text at the end

while I was trying to save my milestones, there are couple of random text added at the end of title. I was trying to upload video about that issue but there is no direct upload option. What should I do ?

When I look at my offer submitted to a client, I see gibberish text in the milestones ("sdf sdf sdf sdf dfsdfd sdfsdfsdfsd ff"). Where does it come from? Is this how the prospect client sees my offer? This looks very unprofessional and will definitely scare away the client.

What do I do about it?
