Why i am not getting hired

I have been applying to different jobs around 4 to 5 in a day. But still not getting any job on UpWork. I couldn't figure out the actual reason. Moreover, my profile views are dropping to zero. 

Can anyone help me knows if there is something wrong with my profile or proposals. What should I do?

The thing is it has become dry for the last 2 months - We are not getting any replies from the clients at all.
