Wire Transfer to ING Australian Bank

Hi,

I have a concern regarding a wire transfer I have made to my bank. It is ING from Australia. I have made this transfer on the 22nd of September. Today, 28th of September I don´t have news.

This is the first transfer of my earnings that I have made on the platform, so I am quite nervous about it. Can someone help me out? Is this normal? Should I contact my bank?

I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. Please note that Wire transfer transactions are processed within one business day, but it may take several days to arrive to your bank account. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, please let us know so we can initiate a trace. In your case, that should be on the 5th of October.
