Hello, I had an issue when I'm trying to get paid, I see only this
"Withdrawal is currently restricted on your account. Please contact Upwork Support"
After emailing support, about this issue, support said said this

Because the client was satisfied and he paid me and left me a 5-star review, but support said your client reversed by his bank. it is my problem? or problem client and Upwork, because it was outside Upwork,
and he was okay on Upwork and paid me with a 5-star review
I really disappointed with the protection Upwork, I showed to support my work, and agreement client with 5-star review, But support says you should pay $450 then we unblock your withdraw
