Withdrawing, then Reapplying - A Query

Has anyone tried withdrawing their proposal to reapply again?

You see, there's a job I really want... and I know the competition, but I believe it's best fit for my skills. I want to try my best in getting noticed. However, I was outbid. As I have observed, for clients to save time, some of them may just interview the most bid proposal.

Is this common? I want to reapply again to that job posting and bid much higher. Does this work?

Please correct me if I am wrong, and I'd be happy to have some tips! I got slightly sad because I wanted that job.

Thanks a lot!

Hi Marielle,

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that If you withdraw a boosted proposal, you can’t submit it again (with or without boosting) and you will still be charged as if you had not withdrawn.

Kindly check this help article for more information on boosted proposals.

As Annie Jane has said, you can't resubmit. However, if you really are the best fit, I don't think that you need to boost your bid in order to get hired. It's highly unlikely that the client will only read the first four bids and ignore all of the others.
