My proposal was declined, but the work is still in 'Work in progress'. Can someone please explain what is going on?

Based on the screenshots you shared, it looks like it's telling you that the offer is not available anymore since you already accepted it. If you have further questions, please let us know.

Here is a screenshot of the contract. It looks that the contract is fine. But it doesn't appear on my profile in work history
