billing cycle on hold/ been charged twice / still on free membership plan

hello all,


my billing cycle was supposed to renew in May 19, 2019. I have opened a ticket and still today, I have no connects and only today, UpWork support answered via email that it has been a payment issue, which is incorrect as i was on the same paid memebership plan, had access to the range bid etc... to prove them wrong i have switched to the free membership, used another payment method ( exisiting ) and upgraded AGAIN. they charged me twice ( i have sent over the snips to show them they are wrong again ) and i am still on the free memeberships, no access to range bids, and of course no connects. I need a phone number to escalate thsi as they (upwork support ) are not able to reponse nor help. please help me as this is impacting my revenue/ business
