cannot reset password

Has anyone esle had this problem? I can't change my Upwork password - see the attached screenshot. I am worried that my account has been hacked as there are other glitches happening too. Can Upwork verify this is a genuine message?

I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to reset your password. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.
