There's no phone number or email address for you to directly contact Upwork. Many issues (e.g. "where are my free connects" or "why isn't my most recent feedback review visible") can be solved by simply being patient for 24 hours or so. Another option is to do a forum search, since most questions have already been asked and answered thousands of times; if not, you can ask your question here and usually get a very quick response (there are moderators who work for Upwork and can answer questions, as well as other freelancers). Or, you can open a support ticket and wait a day or two for somebody to get back to you.
