feedback removal

Today i became Top Rated. Actualy i have an old poor feedback 1 year ago . So is it eligible as a Top Rated to remove it ?

Dont do it. It's not hurting your score right now, leave your perk for when you truly need it. You can only use the TR perk once every 10 contracts and every 3 months. Don't waste it when you're already Top-Rated and it's not in danger.
