incorrect time tracked

Hi, I reviewed my timelogs for the week. I noticed that yesterday April 15, my logged time is only 7:40 hours. I was sure that I logged out finishing an 8:01 hours. 

Can somehow assist me on this.

When tracking is on, Upwork Desktop App takes snapshots one every 10 minutes at a random moment. That allows clients to make sure that they are billed for the time spend working on the project they hired the freelancer for. Additionally, it assures that the freelancer is paid for the time worked.
