That's just the public feedback. It's the private feedback that affects your JSS.

So why would a client rate 5 stars then leave bad private feedback also i would like to know if submitting a job after deadline affects even if the client was the reason for the delay

Clients are often afraid to give their true opinions in the public feedback, perhaps in case the freelancer will hassle them to change it. Submitting a job after the deadline doesn't have any direct automatic effect on JSS. It depends on whether the client considers it to be a problem and gives negative feedback because of it.
