hello to everyone. I work as a graphic designer. I completed seven jobs on Upwork and received five stars from each customer. I also have two repeat customers. But the issue is that my job success rate is 78%. Is it feasible for clients to change their hiding feedback?

We have been told clients' private feedback is signficantly more important than their public feedback in calculating a freelancer's JSS.

And, no, clients cannot change their private feedback. They can change their public feedback if you allow it (within a short period after their feedback is initially posted).

Private feedback holds significant importance in determining your Job Success Score (JSS). You can allow clients to change their public feedback, but there is no way you can alter their hidden / private feedback. It remains on file & cannot be edited. You can read it here.
