payment method

I would like to add a paymet method but unfortunately I get the error "We can't complete our request now". All my details are correct except the Russian name. I've triend entering for both my names in English and Russian but to no avail.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to add your payment method. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this let me know. Thank you.
