proposal not getting viewed some thing to do with alogrthrims

I find it pretty strange there comes in between a month when almost 70% of my proposals are getting viewed while at rest of the times not even 5% are viewed..is this happening with others as well?

I am new to this platform. I am straggling to make my profile better everyday. But when I apply no one even sees my proposal. I don't know why. So, your problem is also mine. If you get solution for it, I hope you will help me by replying.
