hi, May I offer my teaching/tutor services on Upwork. I am a computer teacher and I want to teach database programming to clients. Do you have any category for this? Kindly guide.

You should be able to select Data Science & Analytics as your main category and then select the skills according to your expertise. To help you get started, please check out these threads Getting Started on Upwork and Resource Center. There you’ll find some excellent topics and learn more about Upwork.
