unable to change my name

My Name is ANOOP B in all of my government records B is an abbreviation of**Edited for community guidelines**. I have put my name as**Edited for community guidelines**because while entering it was not accepting the a single character as last name. but in my certifications it seems ANOOP B so I cannot validate my name.
