upwork tax id

i don't have any tax id, i am just an individual student who is dependent on his own parents. please fix this last step in my payment settings on upwork.

Why can't you apply for a tax ID? If you're earning money, at some point you'll need to pay taxes, won't you? Freelancing means that you're now running a business and need to take responsibility for complying with all requirements. 

And please click on the Academy link at the top of this page and learn everything about how to use Upwork. People who seek data entry jobs are the main target of scammers.
