I've fulfilled all the criteria for the Top Rated badge, but unfortunately, I haven't received the badge yet. Can you please help me understand the issue?

Hi Abuzar, 

I believe this article in Upwork Help might help you with your question. Since you're an exclusive agency freelancer. As such, you will have the Top Rated badge on your profile if your agency gets the badge. 

Here are the eligibility criteria for an agency to be Top Rated. You can read more about it in the article I linked above. I hope this helps!

I'm not happy with what I'm seeing today. Till yesterday my JSS was Top Rated with 92% success. All of a sudden it is at 67% when the only recent feedback I got is a 5 star feedback from a recent client. Kindly look into this as this completely defies the logic of JSS.

Hi Hamza, 

I've confirmed that you need one more eligible week to be fully qualified to get the Top Rated Badge. You now have 12 of 16 eligible weeks, and you need to maintain a Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks. You also validate your stats by going to your Stats & trends, then click on the badge section here.
