Issue with Agency Memberships

Some users are experiencing issues with upgrading their Agency membership. 

Error: 

"Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support."

I have been facing the issue of Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support. I cannot seem to find a solution anywhere.

On the agency, I have the owner access, made account exclusive to it, that made me end contracts and other agencies, and I still can't upgrade my membership.

Please help!
