A scammer named ** ！！！

  This was my first time using this platform and he asked me to pay the escrow funds directly to him, I didn't understand all this at the time and I paid directly and it turned out he was completely cheating me and I can't get my money back , is there any solution? Please help me.

If you paid through Upwork, you can file a dispute over non-submission of work.

If you have done a payment through cards, Paypal or other payment services, seek a chargeback backed with the proofs of cheating by the freelancer.
