Access Denied

Hi, I am a freelancer, invited by a client to join them when they moved from another platform to Upwork. They provided me an email with a link to gain access on Upwork, however, when I click on the link I receive an "Access denied. This job is private. Only freelancers invited by client can view this job" response.  Would you please let me know how I can access this client on Upwork, as I'm unable to contact them via any other method. Thank you.

Could you please confirm if your client sent the invite email to the same email address that you have registered on your Upwork account?
