Account approval

I would like to know if once my account is not approve I will also not access my profile anymore? I still have access to my profile and all but I do not have the settings to get connects. Thanks in advance!

Hi Kristia,

If your profile is not approved you will still be able to log in and make changes or even resubmit it again. You will also be able to access your settings but you won't be able to select one of our members plans and bid on our marketplace. Thank you.

Thanks for the help! But how will i know if im approved or not? And how long usually is the (dis)approval?

Hi Kristia,

Your profile has already been approved. You will need to chose one of our Basic or Plus membership plan. Please go to Settings > Membership & Connects and select a plan in order to be able to start bidding on projects.
