Account name mismatch

Hi. I just created my upwork account and it asked me for my first and last name. My legal documents bear my name as VIVEK P and so does my bank account. When I tried entering my initial as last name, upwork prompted me to type my full last name which now results in mismatch.
How can I get through this problem?
