My account is not 100% completed but approved. so now i want to  complete my account but i think it takes time. so what can i do? i mean keep my profile public or private?

Please check out this article about how you can get your profile to 100% completeness. Regarding making your profile private or public, you can read more about the three visibility options here, however remaining public would probably help in getting jobs as it will allow you to show in the search results when a client searches for a freelancer.
