Agency contractor how to change from exclusive to non-exclusive.

I am very new to Upwork, and I want to be the freelancer contractor instead my profile is showing that I am an agency contractor.

Also I don't get any free connects and unable to use them.

Please solve my problem

Hi Naveen,

Looks like you were able to update your exclusivity. You can check your currents Connects balance under your Memberships & Connects tab. Free Monthly Connects were awarded to you.
