I have 2 available connects. I can see these connects from the right of the screen. Why cant i apply a job with these available connects. Could anybody explain this for me please? Thank you.

I could not bid any proposal with 2 connects. Because of this i added more connects to my account. If you look at the picture from my first message. You can understand that i could not use 2 available connects. Is there any rule about this? What is the details of using connects? Thank you.
