What gives a better effect on getting more jobs? Badges or the JSS, If it is JSS then much it should be at least?

JSS has a better effect. You'll be fine if your jss is 90% or above

So, I being a newbie will get a rising talent badge and that means it won't affect that much. Am I expecting high from the badges I guess? 😄
