Bait & switch: job evaluating materials for $5 each = buying their books

Before reporting I'd like to confirm this is against TOS. The job posting isn't as overt as the ones that are clearly buying Amazon reviews. It advertises pay of $5 per "content evaluated for quality," then in messaging reveals you must purchase their physical books to review. They've published the listing multiple times and "hired" dozens of people for this.

Upwork officially prohibits freelancers and clients from violating Amazon.com TOS, which means it is a violation of Upwork TOS to participate in creating Amazon.com reviews for pay/compensation.
