Bank Account Payment Method

Hello,

I'm currently not U.S based. Right now, I am in Venezuela, so that gives me a concern in regards to payments and billing.

My question is actually pretty simple, I have my PayPal and Payonner to my name, but my stepmother was kind enough to let me use her Bank Account in case I would like to save the money. The problem is, the account is hers, not mine.

Can you link third persons bank accounts in UpWork?

Upwork requires that your payment withdrawal account be in your name.

Or in other words, your legal name needs to be a legal, official signatory on the account.

It is FINE if you withdraw funds to an account that you share... an account that has your name on it as well as somebody else's name.
