Banking fees

Hello and good day upwork

Im from philippines and new in upwork industry and try to seek a freelance job here. My questions are:

1. How the transaction fees affect transfer from upwork to our local bank?

2. Is it true only BDO and BPI only can waive the transaction fee on transferring from upwork to local atm account our hard earned income? how about other local bank? is there have also?

3. How about "Eastwest bank", metrobank, landbank and other banks are the bank mention can also waive there transaction fees?
