Bradcasting company to find Outsource Projects

I started joining Upwork for 2 days and everything seems so strange to me. I want to broadcast my company in Upwork to find more oursource projects and hiring talents for my company. How do i complete this task? Please answer me.

To hire freelancers, you must first post a job. I checked your account, and it looks like you have successfully posted one already. You can check the proposals you received when you log in to your account. You can then hire a freelancer once you have decided.
