CANCEL WITHDRAWAL TO LOCAL BANK

Hello,

I would like to cancel an automatic withdrwal that was made to my local bank a few minutes ago based on the default monthly withdrawal method on my account, I would like to withdraw this to my ACH US Bank Account instead. Kindly help me cancel before it becomes permanent.

Hi Enioluwa,

Unfortunately we can`t cancel a withdrawal once it has been initiated. I can advise you to update your payment method to your ACH as a primary method. You can also adjust your automated schedule for withdrawals by going to Settings > Get Paid. Thank you.
