Can I specify another person's card or Payoneer in my profile for withdrawal? The second question - can I specify an unnamed card?

The help article only mentions that the name of the Upwork account must match the name of the withdrawal method's beneficiary only in case of direct bank transfer, but not Payoneer. Could you please advise?
