Can You Give Me Some Tips on Getting My First Job on Upwork?

Hello, I have been a member since summer of 2017, but I still haven't come remotely close to landing my first job doing front-end web development on Upwork. Any tips? 

Perhaps my profile is weak or perhaps my cover letters are not good?

The attatched screenshot is an exmaple of my work. In brief, I know HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 4. I have made plenty of websites for myself as well as projects such as a stopwatch, name generator, etc.
