I try to log in the iOS app but it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect. At the same time, I use the same username/password to log in UpWork Website with no problems. How to solve this issue

Just to confirm, did you tried deleting the app and installing it again?

Yes, I've deleted the app and downloaded it back from the app store. Still can't log in.
