Cannot Change Address

Hi there,

I'm new to the Upwork platform and was trying to create a freelancer account. When I try to create one, it says I must update my address.

I cannot find the change of address settings anywhere within the Settings section. Also, when I try to click the link to  update my address (screenshot attached), that does not lead me anywhere.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Alexander,

Please go to your account settings and choose the tab on the top-left, ''My Info''. Kindly try adding your address details, security question, and phone number in order to fix this error. If the issue persists after this please let us know and our team will assist you further. Thank you!

Hi Bojan,

I went into the Settings - My Info section and there is nowhere to change the address, screenshot attached.

I also tried clicking the pen to extend the Account section but no luck.
