Hi there, I am very new to the community!

I am trying to set up a contract to submit to my ghostwriter and for whatever reason, I don't have the paper airplane icon in order to start setting one up. 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The paper airplane icon are for Direct contracts where freelancer can invite non-Upwork clients. This does not refer to your situation.
