Creating Service Packages as a way to get going on Upwork?

Hi all,

I'm actually returning to freelancing on Upwork after a hiatus of a couple of years. I love the new Service Package idea that Upwork started this year. My plan was to get some of those up while I pounded the proposals until work started flowing.

I've got my first package in the approval stage but I'd love to know what the experience of others has been. I took the course in the Academy section and have been reviewing the existing service packages. I'd really like to know how they're working for others.

Can you share any tips or hacks?
