Customer Support Email

Hi,

One of my projects got cancalled by Upwork. I'm new to the projects feature and I'm trying to get a contact email to get support on this as the client is still interested in working with me but we don't know how to reactivatee the project she had already paid for. I would only like to have any support email.

I can assure you that Upwork's Customer Support program is not email-centric.

It is not Upwork's intention to publicly post a customer support email address.

Hi Melissa,

Thank you for your message. I checked and it looks like the project was canceled as the client did not submit the requirements within 48 hours of the purchase. The amount paid will be refunded back to the client within 48 hours. If they would still like to work with you, they can purchase the project again from the same link.
