Desktop app is only taking screenshots of the app itself

Hey. The automatic screenshots taken by the time tracker app are only of the UpWork app itself and not ever the things I'm actually working on. Why is this? And when I press the bin button to delete nothing happens. It's very frustrating. I'm on Mac OS Catalina.

I'm having the same issue, on the same system.  Thank you for starting the thread, I will also try the solution suggested below.  Good to know it's not just me!
