Do I have low chance of getting jobs if my profile is old?

I started working on Upwork very recently, but my profile has been here since 2018. Will that decrease my chances of getting hired? If not, then I'm still not getting clients and any feedback on my profile would be nice.

I think there is nothing to do with if your profile is old then you won't be able to get yourself hired. A freelancer is hired on his/her abilities & skills. The better the skills, the more you grow. There is nothing to with an old profile. Your client will never check whether this freelancer is old or new he will just check your profile to see your skills through your portfolios. LOL! 🙂 Don't worry about your profile being old. Just focus on your skills.
