I created an account over a year ago and I'm trying to update my profile.   The upwork system will not allow me to and the browser keeps "spinning".

I checked and couldn't replicate the issue you're describing. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in using a different browser? If you're seeing any errors could you please send a screenshot of the error you're seeing?
