End of contracts - Best practice?

Hello Dear Community,

I would like to inquire about how to manage two of my current "clients".

I am writing "clients" in quotes because they haven't been answering me for some time.

I am active on Upwork since August and I am quite new about the Best Practices to be followed in these cases.

I do not have active milestones since 2 months and they do not answer to my message.  They have been satisfied with my works as well as with their last messages but I don't know how to behave.

Is it possible to end contracts my part without have a (possible) negative feedback or similar result?

This is my first time with this kind of situation here in Upwork. Thank you so much for your precious help. Marco

Just close the contracts yourself.

 

You probably won't get any feedback at all on these contracts.

 

These won't hurt your JSS.

Thank you Preston for your advice on this!

I closed both contract and the strange but happy thing is that one of the customer

propose me a new contract and a new job! Smiley Very Happy
