Even after boosting my proposals, no messages from clients

Hi.

My account is old, but I just started sending my proposals on Upwork but I wasn't successful in getting replies from clients.

I have previous work experience which is highlighted in my bio and profile I submitted around 14 proposals and some of them were boosted but I'm not getting any messages from clients.

I have previous work experience outside of upwork.

Does that have to do with my account being old? if I create a new account will it make a difference in increasing the visibility of my profile to clients?

Any tips are appreciated.
