I have written 7 employment experiences. I cannot access any but the last one

I have been filling out my 10 experience write-ups. 
Although I have written 6, it keeps saying "4 out of 10"
Also, I cannot reread my write-ups once I have submitted them.
No#s 2-4 I want to delete
That's my issue. I cannot find how to do these steps on the site
