Fraudulent Charges

Hi,

 

I searched the forum and found a few others asking about this.

 

I'm experiencing what I believe weekly fraudulent charges on my credit card.  Looking back at my transaction history, I have none on this account.  This is my only account, and I've never used it though I've browsed the site a lot.

 

Hence, I am confused as to why I'm getting weekly charges of $206.00.  Apparently, this has been going on since December and I, unfortunately, just now caught it.

 

I've filed a claim with my bank but would appreciate any help I can receive on Upwork's end.  Thanks.
