Hi, Everyone. I was creating my project catalog an in the Price and Scope section it asks for "Delivery Days". It has three boxes namely"Starter, Standard and Advanced". I just want to know what specifically it is.

It looks like you are referring to Package tiers. You can build a project with one tier or add three different tiers to give clients options with different levels of service, delivery days, revisions, pricing, and more. You can refer to this help page for more information.
